How to Qualify
Our guarantee applies to these courses:
To qualify for our Higher Score Guarantee, you must sign up for the 100-Hour LSAT Course, 60-Hour LSAT Course, or 20-Hour LSAT Course, take the diagnostic exam, attend all the classes, take all the practice tests, and complete all the homework; you must take the official LSAT within 30 days of the last class; you must present your official test score to us and request a full refund in writing within 90 days of the last class; your official test score must be equal to or lower than your initial diagnostic test, which we will administer on the first day of class. If you miss the initial diagnostic test or you've seen questions on that test before, you will not qualify for this guarantee.
